Eli Stiers, Esq.

Eli Stiers is the founding partner of Stiers Law, P.A., a boutique personal injury and civil litigation firm located in the heart of downtown Miami. Throughout his career, Mr. Stiers has helped individuals obtain millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements in personal injury cases. Mr. Stiers is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious associations of trial lawyers in the United States, with fewer than 1% of all U.S. lawyers counted as members. Mr. Stiers has also been rated AV Preeminent ® by Martindale-Hubbell, indicating that his peers and colleagues in the legal profession consider him to have the highest level of professional distinction and ethical standing possible in his areas of practice.  Mr. Stiers has also been deemed a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2010 through 2017, was listed as a Florida Legal Elite “Up and Comer” by Florida Trend Magazine for 2011 and 2013, and in 2016 was recognized as a "Top 40 Under 40" trial lawyer in Florida by The National Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Stiers received his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in 1999 from the University of Florida, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003.

Mr. Stiers is also well-regarded as someone who cares deeply about the Miami community. Consistently recognized as a prominent voice in the South Florida community on issues that he cares deeply about - access to parks and green spaces, and improved pedestrian and bicycle safety through better infrastructure - Eli is a person Miamians routinely turn to when they need a passionate, uncompromising, and professional voice in their community.

In addition to serving on the Citizens Independent Transportation Trust (CITT), Mr. Stiers is the Chair of the City of Miami Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.  He has tirelessly fought for pedestrian and bicycle safety in Miami, and for his work in the community, Mr. Stiers was recognized as a “Best Newcomer” in Miami Today’s Best of Miami 2014 issue, and an "Unsung Hero" in Miami Today's Best of Miami 2015 edition.

As a result of his advocacy and interest in transportation and transit projects in Miami-Dade County, Mr. Stiers was appointed to the Transportation Trust in 2016 representing the Miami-Dade County League of Cities.

In his free time, Mr. Stiers enjoys cycling, running, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
