Moms and Dads, picture this: You’ve finally finished shopping, you’re loaded down with packages, pushing the sweet-but-tired-and-a-bit-cranky little one in the stroller, and walking the seemingly endless distance to your car, when… you see this up-close, reserved parking spot indicated by a green baby stroller. Don’t you wish that you could have parked there?
Well, you can. All that’s required is a Baby Stroller Parking Permit, available at your Office of Neighborhood Compliance in your area. The process is quite simple, and requires little time.
To purchase a Baby Stroller Permit:
-
The mother, father, or legal guardian must present photo identification, such as driver’s license, along with the child’s birth certificate.
-
The cost is .50 per month plus a service charge of $1.50 per permit.
-
Baby Stroller Permits must be purchased for a minimum of six months and may be utilized until the child’s third birthday.
Effective January 1, 2006, the Office of Neighborhood Compliance will no longer accept cash payment for direct sales transactions at any of our locations. Approved transactions will include: Checks, credit cards, debit cards, cashier checks and money orders.
Baby Stroller parking permits are available for purchase at your Office of Neighborhood Compliance between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.only.
