Multi-family High-Efficiency Toilet Rebate Program

Multi-family property owners and Condominium Associations are encouraged to replace high-volume toilets for new high-efficiency models.

As an incentive, a rebate of up to $50 per unit is provided for the purchase and installation of a WaterSense-certified High-Efficiency Toilet (HET). A maximum of up to 25 rebates per property (as defined by the Miami-Dade County Office of the Property Appraiser) are available each fiscal year. To qualify, the residential property must have been built prior to 1996.

To claim the rebate, submit the original signed multi-family HET rebate application, attach the original purchase receipt(s) and mail the application and receipt(s) within 60 days of purchase.

Getting your rebate is as easy as 1,2,3...

  1. Purchase and install a qualifying High-Efficiency Toilet from the EPA list
  2. Complete the application form in English  or in Spanish
