The multi-family rebate programs are no longer in effect.

A High-Efficiency toilet (HET) can provide savings of up to 29 gallons per day when compared to higher volume toilets currently used. Retrofitting large multi-family dwellings could result in significant savings on the water bill. Multi-family residential properties can receive up to $100 per toilet replaced. Property managers and condo associations are encouraged to contact us for more information on how to apply for these rebates.

Multi-Family HET Rebates

1. Miami-Dade will provide a rebate of up to $100 per HET toilet replacing a large volume toilet at multi-family residences.
2. To participate, simply check the list of qualifying models . 
3. Contact the Water-Use Efficiency Section (786-552-8974) before you complete the application form . Original purchase receipts are required to process the application. Purchases must have been made within 60 day.
