Full Retrofit Project

This program is for senior citizens who qualify for the senior exemption on their property taxes and those customers who meet the federal criteria for low income households. These customers will benefit from a complete bathroom retrofit.

These single-family homes have already been identified by the Department and qualify for a water-use evaluation prior to retrofitting the homes.
