Miami-Dade County offers several ways for condo associations and property managers of multi-family buildings to apply for rebate programs to improve their buildings' water efficiency.
Rebates of $100 are available following the purchase and installation of each High-Efficiency Toilet, which will also save 29 gallons of water per day compared to an older, standard toilet.
Property managers and condo associations can also participate in the Showerhead Exchange Program, which allows for old showerheads to be replaced by free, high-efficiency ones.
