Toilet Replacement Program

Older model toilets are being replaced by new High-Efficiency Toilet models through several Miami-Dade County programs.

Residential Rebate Program

The High-Efficiency Toilet (HET) Rebate project provides qualifying Miami-Dade residents with up to $50 when they purchase and install a WaterSense-certified HET.

Multi-family Rebate Program

Multi-family property owners and condominium associations are encouraged to replace high-volume toilets for new high-efficiency models. As an incentive, a rebate of up to $50 per unit is provided for the purchase and installation of a WaterSense-certified High-Efficiency Toilet.

Full Retrofit Project

This program is for senior citizens who qualify for the senior exemption on their property taxes and those customers who meet the federal criteria for low income households.
