Wholesale Water Supplier Assistance Program

The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) offers wholesale customers technical assistance in developing their Water Conservation Plans including training in the Conserver Florida software. Through technical assistance, WASD will continue to encourage and support efficient water use and water loss reduction within their wholesale service area.

In addition to assistance in developing the water conservation plan, WASD also provides assistant with implementation of best management practices. Identifying the most cost effective conservation measures for each of the wholesale customers and providing free showerhead kits to their customers as well as toilet rebates and retrofits to the seniors within their service areas. WASD also participates in events sponsored by the municipalities.
