The Research, Evaluation, and Data Management (RED) Unit's  focus is on researching and benchmarking corrections related topics, maintaining, collecting, and analyzing statistical information, preparing  various reports, i.e. COOP Plan, completing surveys, facilitating  the Department’s Active Strategy Enterprise Scorecard and Business Plan, preparing Board of County Commissioners agenda briefings, and identifying grant opportunities.
