An urban initiative to stimulate and guide the redevelopment of the 7th Avenue Corridor and to create a more vibrant and commercially viable economy along this uniquely situtiated corridor adjacent to the I-95 highway.

The NW 7th Avenue Corridor Community Redevelopment Area boundary is generally defined as NW 7th Avenue from 79th Street on the South, to NW 119TH Street on the North. The Eastern boundary is Interstate 95 (I-95) and the Western Boundary is the westernmost property line of all those parcels of land that abut the westerly right of way line of NW 7th Avenue.
