    City of Miami - Omni District - Community Redevelopment

    An urban initiative to stimulate and guide the redevelopment of the City of Miami - Omni District and to create a better neighborhood to live,work and play. 

    Area Overview

    The City of Miami - Omni District Community Redevelopment is bounded by NE 20th from the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway Tracks east to Biscayne Boulevard then southeast along NE 20th Terrace to the Bay (northern boundary).  The Bicayne Bay (eastern boundary).  The north side of Interstate 395 (southern boundary).  The F.E.C. Tracks (western boundary).
