Goulds/Cutler Bay Community Redevelopment

An urban initiative to stimulate and guide the redevelopment of the Goulds/Cutler Bay area and to create a better neighborhood to live, work and play.

Area Overview

Goulds / Cutler Bay CRAThe Goulds/Cutler Bay Community Redevelopment is generally bounded on the South by SW 232nd Street, on the West by SW 127th Avenue, on the North by the Black Creek Canal and SW Dixie Highway, on the East by the Florida Turnpike.
