An urban initiative to stimulate and guide the redevelopment of the City of Homestead and to create a better neighborhood to live, work and play.

Homestead CRA MapThe City of Homestead Community Redevelopment Area is bounded by Redland Road on the West, US Highway 1 on the East, NW 9th Court on the North, and SW 8th (Lucy) street on the South.
