    An urban initiative to stimulate and guide the redevelopment of the West Perrine area and to create a better neighborhood to live,work and play.

    The Finding of Necessity study and the Resolution Approving West Perine CRA adopted by the County in designating this CRA can be seen in the following file.

    Area Overview

    The West Perrine Community Redevelopment Area is bounded on the North by SW 168th Street, bounded on the East and Southeast by State Road 5 (US-1), and bounded on the West and Southwest by the State Road 821 (The Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike)
