All providers of tour transportation for compensation, whose vehicles are not larger than 30 feet in length, and have a seating capacity of 9 - 28 passengers, must be issued a Passenger Motor Carrier Certificate of Transportation. The drivers of such vehicles must have a chauffeur's registration, and the vehicles must be inspected.
