    Passenger Transportation Regulatory Division

    Regulates and enforces laws governing the following businesses:

    • Ambulance Service
    • For-Hire Chauffeur
    • Jitneys
    • Limousine Service 
    • Non-Emergency Transportation
    • Passenger Motor Carriers
    • Passenger Service Companies
    • Special Transportation Service (STS) Vehicles
    • Taxicabs
    • Tour Buses

    The Division also inspects all for-hire vehicles for compliance with safety and aesthetic standards.
