The Miami-Dade County Consumer Services Department conducts FREE sessions on how to file in Small Claims Court at different locations across the County. The entire Small Claims Court process is described step-by-step, from the initial filing through collection on a judgment, for claims of $5,000 or less.

Small Claims Court Clinics are open to the public. Reservations are not required.  Download the information and legal forms below. These documents are also available for a small fee at the Small Claims Court Clinics.
