Miami-Dade County is seeking proposals from qualified community based organizations to provide community based services in the areas of Environmental Enhancement and Education.
The 2008-2009 Community Based Organization (CBO) Grant Program Request for Proposal (RFP) application is designed to establish a standard format for the screening and evaluation of all proposals. Please do not alter the documents 5 page format. You may attach additional pages to continue your answers where necessary.

You can complete the application electronically. However, you must print a hard copy of the completed application and lobbyist affidavit and mail or bring it to the Clerk of the Board as described in the RFP. The application cannot be submitted electronically.
