The Miami-Dade County Code of Ordinances is available online from an an external website. Once you are there, you will see a Table of Contents on the left side. Double-click the folder next to the chapter you would like to view. There are several chapters within the Code that pertain to environmental protection.

Because the Code of Ordinances receives regular updates, we suggest you call the Miami-Dade Clerk of the Court at 305-375-5126 for a copy of the Code to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information.
