This permit is to notify DERM of the installation of an aboveground Vaulted Storage Tank system with aboveground piping.

To ensure proper installation of aboveground storage tank containing hazardous material.

The installation of new tanks requires a plan review by DERM's Plan Review Section prior to installation.

This question is intended to give you an idea of what other permits may be needed.  Depending on your situation, you may need one or more of the above-mentioned permits. This permit is submitted as part of a complete set of plans to DERM’s Plan Review Section for review and length of time varies.

The fee for this permit is part of the Plan Review fee. There is no fee for this permit.

The application does not have expiration.
