The Air Permitting Program ensures that all requirements from applicable local, state, and federal air pollution regulations are incorporated into comprehensive and concise construction and operating permits and that these permits. Program staff works closely with industry and facility representatives to produce local and state permits that properly reflect facility operations, and are issued in a timely manner.
