    Coastal Construction (Class 1) Permitting Program

    Coastal Construction (Class I) Permitting Program:  This program issues permits required for work in, over, or upon tidal waters and coastal wetlands throughout all of Miami-Dade County.  This includes authorizations required for constructing docks, construction or rebuilding seawalls, installing boat lifts, and for performing mangrove trimming.
