Size: Medium to large (typically 30 ft in height)
Location: Plant at least 20 feet from power lines and 16-22 feet from your house. Full sun to part shade.
Salt tolerance: None
Watering: Water during planting and for one year thereafter (see watering schedule in "Dig In Miami-Dade County" booklet). May need to water during fruiting if under drought conditions.
Fertilization: Do not fertilize until 6 months after planting. Call 305-248-3311 ext.228 for fertilizing information specific to your tree.
Pruning: Wait one year to prune. If staked, remove after 6 months.
