The inspection requirements of permits obtained for the installation of burglar alarm systems in existing residential units (single family residence, townhouse, duplex apartment, or condominium) may be satisfied  by providing an inspection affidavit and verification form prepared by a private provider registered with the department.

Miami-Dade County Permitting, Environment and Regulatory Affairs will no longer accepts new permit applications for work to be performed on the properties annexed by the City of Sweetwater.
