Notice to engineers, architect contractors and owner builders

As of October 1, 2012, Flood Legends are NO longer required to be included on the plans submitted for approval by the Environmental Plan Review and Development Approvals Division of the Regulatory and Economic Resources Department. Note that all elevations must be shown on the site plans. However, if you choose to use the flood legend, note that all elevations must be consistent throughout the plans and the legend.
