Infant and Toddler Quality Improvement Program
This program is designed to provide training, technical assistance and mentoring to providers of infant and toddler care. The Infant/Toddler Specialist is responsible for enhancing services to child care programs that service children, birth to three. Services include:
- Ongoing training in the care and development of infants and toddlers
- On-site technical assistance
- Training and support to caregivers serving children with special needs
- Mentoring with accredited and comprehensive programs
- Networking with health professionals

The Inclusion Program
This program provides support, training and technical assistance to child care providers in order to promote the inclusion of all children with special needs in Florida child care and early education network. An Inclusion Coordinator will assist in the following areas:
- Strategies, curricula and suggestions for environmental adaptations
- Inclusion training
- On-site consultations
- Information and referrals on health, child development and special needs concerns
