Provides child care financial assistance to parents with low-income.  Applicants will be evaluated at the time of an initial consultation.  In order to apply this financial assistance, applicants must provide the following information:

• Original birth certificate(s) for all children 
• Social Security cards for all household members (if applicable)  
• Income documentation for yourself (and spouse if applicable): paycheck stubs including name, address, phone number of employers, numbers of hours worked and gross salary (before deductions).  If paid weekly bring the last six (6) pay stubs; bi-weekly bring the last three (3) pay stubs; monthly bring the last two (2) pay stubs; if paid in cash/personal check, please call the office and obtain an income verification form.
• Identification with current photograph of yourself (and spouse if applicable)
• If you are enrolled in an eligible educational activity please bring original document showing proof of enrollment (i.e., original class schedule reflecting hours of enrollment.)
