Home Care Program
Provides the following home care services to the elderly and disabled:
Homemaker services:
- Bed making
- Grocery shopping
- Laundry
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparations
- Miscellaneous errands
Personnel care services:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Medical escort
- Toileting
- Transferring ambulation
Chore services:
- Heavy/seasonal house cleaning
- Minor house repairs
Respite services:

Relief of family caregiver who has the constant care of a senior or person with disabilities.
Eligibility:
- Intake screening and assessment must be performed and prioritization is based on risk institutionalization, as mandated by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
- Usual eligibility for personal care is the inability to perform two or more activities of daily living.
- Usual eligibility for homemaker services is the inability to perform three or more instrumental activities.
- Amount of service provided is based on need, and most services target low income individuals, but a sliding fee is available.
