Miami-Dade County's Department of Human Services provides one (1) time rental assistance to citizens that have been given a legal eviction notice or mortgage foreclosure.  Eligibility is assessed at one of the   Neighborhood Service Centers  and all documents must be provided.

After an initial screening and assessment, applicants may be eligibile to receive one time assistance within a 36 month period.
