Homeless Assessment, Referral and Tracking Program (HART)

Provides assessment and placement to court supervised homeless individuals. The bondable homeless offenders are released and placed by HART in a treatment housing facilities. The HART staff represents the clients in court and ensures their appearance to all hearings by offering intensive tracking services. Services are accessed through the courts.
