    Homeless Assessment, Referral and Tracking Services (HART)

    Miami-Dade County's Department of Human Services (DHS) provides assessment and placement to court supervised homeless individuals. The bondable homeless offenders are released and placed by HART in treatment housing facilities. The HART staff represents the clients in court and ensures their appearance to all hearings by offering intensive tracking services. Services are accessed through the courts.
