Targeted Services Bureau
Administers employment programs for low-income refugees, summer youth ages 14-21, vocational and seasonal farmworkers and at-risk youth. Services include psychosocial assessment management, individual, group and family counseling for refugees, tutorial therapeutic after school services and summer camps, employment placement and retention, vocational counseling, coaching, referrals, supportive services, employability development plan, employability skills and acculturation training, youth and family support services such as:

- Violence Intervention and Prevention Services

- Neighborhood_Facility_Maintenance
