Commissioner Jordan to host 10th annual Hispanic Heritage Festival
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY – Miami-Dade County Commissioner Barbara J. Jordan is inviting residents to attend the 10th annual Hispanic Heritage Festival, scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 15, from 1 to 5 p.m., at Country Village Park, 6550 NW 188th Terrace, in Miami. This annual event celebrates the rich Hispanic influence in the northwest corridor of Miami-Dade County and will feature an array of FREE activities for the entire family, including live entertainment, face painting, bounce houses, rock climbing, pony rides, food, and a petting zoo.
“Each year, the Hispanic Heritage Festival celebrates and highlights the rich diversity of cultures in District 1,” Commissioner Jordan said.
