Music in the Park series to feature legendary Alice Day

Event scheduled for Friday, December 6

Miami, FL – Miami-Dade County Commissioner Barbara J. Jordan will hold her free Music in the Park series with a Jazz and Blues concert on Friday, December 6, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex Amphitheater, 3000 N.W. 199 Street, in Miami Gardens.

This Music in the Park event will feature the legendary jazz singer Alice Day. The line-up also features a blues favorite, the Dave Nuby Band.

The Music in the Park event is made possible by Calder Casino and Race Course, Miami Dolphins, Sunshine Jazz Organization, Miami-Dade Parks Foundation, Miami-Dade Cultural Affairs Council, and the City of Miami Gardens.
