Commissioner Monestime to host Homebuyer Workshop


MIAMI-DADE – In celebration of National Homeownership Month, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jean Monestime, District 2, and Vice Mayor of the City of North Miami Beach Paule Villard will be partnering with Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida to host a Homebuyer Education Workshop for Haitian Creole speakers on Saturday, June 26.

This eight-hour event is a HUD-certified workshop offered in a group session and is tailored to Haitian-American residents. English speakers can attend the workshop, but it will be held primarily in Creole. A certificate will be awarded to participants upon completion.
