(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- Are you a young person interested in public service and summer employment? If so, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jean Monestime encourages you to apply for the South Florida Workforce Summer Employment Program.
This week, Commissioner Monestime announced that his office will be working with South Florida Workforce to hire summer interns to gain first-hand knowledge of County government and develop skills which will make them competitive in the job market.
Interns must be 18-24 years old and live in Commission District 2 of Miami-Dade County. Summer interns will earn a paycheck and gain valuable work experience.
