Vice Chairwoman Audrey M. Edmonson linked arms with clergy and elected officials at the "Souls to the Polls" march organized by PICO United Florida, part of a 17-state network of faith-based community groups and led locally by Pastor Carl Johnson from the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center to the Joseph Caleb Center in Liberty City. More than 20 Miami area churches, pastors and community groups worked with PICO Florida on the march.  At the Caleb, the Rev. Al Sharpton addressed the crowd and rallied them to vote.  The march was organized in response to the cut of early voting days this year from 14 to eight, including the Sunday before election day, by the Florida Legislature.
