Commissioner Edmonson celebrates Earth Day

 (MIAMI, FL) – Commissioner Audrey M. Edmonson marked Earth Day on April 22, 2015 by leading a code enforcement sweep through the Brownsville neighborhood of District 3.  Joined by Kenneth Kilpatrick, president, Brownsville Civic neighborhood Association, Commissioner Edmonson walked the streets of Brownsville talking with residents and visiting the hot spots where illegal dumping takes place on a consistent basis.  Commissioner Edmonson was also joined by Miami-Dade County Police, the Code Enforcement Department and the Public Works and Waste Management Department. Assisting in the clean-up were members of the Greater Miami Service Corps.
