MIAMI – Miami-Dade County Commission Vice Chairwoman Audrey M. Edmonson helped break ground on the ASPCA Community Veterinary Clinic on Feb. 26. Construction on the clinic, located on vacant Miami-Dade County property at 1320 NW 62nd Street in District 3, is expected to take between 12 and 18 months. Vice Chairwoman Edmonson has been a champion of the clinic, a public-private partnership that will serve the Liberty City area and its surrounding neighborhoods.
