District 4 is located in the northeastern corner of Miami-Dade County. The boundaries start at the countyline and extend south along the oceanfront to Miami Beach. The 13 cities that comprise this district include Golden Beach, Aventura, North Miami Beach, North Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Biscayne Park, Indian Creek, Miami Beach, Miami Shores and North Bay Village.

Our Miami-Dade web site will give you greater access to the services we provide to residents of Miami-Dade County. You also have the opportunity to view important items involving the Board of County Commissioners on a regular basis.

Miami-Dade County Commissioner Sally Heyman, District 4, has joined with the Miami-Dade County Health Department and Sunny Isles Beach Commissioner Roz Brezin to host a Flu Clinic in the Northeast Dade area.

Miami-Dade County Commissioner Sally Heyman, District 4, joined representatives from the Miami-Dade Parks Department, NARS Cosmetics and local volunteers in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the recently landscaped area at Haulover Park.

Miami-Dade County Commissioner Sally A. Heyman, District 4, recently sponsored a Hurricane Strategy Meeting at the FIU - Kovens Conference Center to discuss Hurricane Preparedness in District 4.  Representatives from the County's Emergency Operations Center, the 13 municipalities in District 4, UMSA, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Florida Power & Light, law enforcement, fire rescue, FEMA and other essential service providers participated.
