“I’m happy to host my eighth FREE spay and neuter event in District 4 and reduce the overpopulation of cats in Miami-Dade County,” said Commissioner Heyman. “Also, to help dog owners with vaccinating their pets.”

The event is open to all residents of Miami-Dade County and to those working on the trap, neuter and release program to facilitate the reduction of community cats.

“This helps animal owners, and I’m happy to sponsor this event with Commissioner Heyman,” Representative Watson said.
