    District 5 Commissioner Bruno A. Barreiro presents Mom & Pop grant to Ernesto Yrosalinsky owner of Ernesto Photo and Video a small photographic service business at 993 SW 10th Street, Miami.  To view his work, please visit: www.ernestophotostudio.com.

    "I am extremely grateful to the Mom & Pop program as it has allowed me to buy a new camera and other photo equipment permitting me to provide better and more reliable service to my customers," said Yrosalinsky.
