The Miami-Dade County Office of Community Advocacy joins efforts with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DMV) to bring residents “DMV to Go.” This monthly event will take place in the Stephen P. Clark Center lobby, 111 NW 1st Street, in Downtown Miami on Thursday, February 21, 2013. Miami-Dade residents are urged to attend between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. with all required documents necessary for assistance. A list of suitable identification is available at www.gathergoget.com.
If interested in obtaining a driver’s license or ID card through DMV to Go, residents must make an online appointment on the Community Advocacy website: DMV to Go Appointments. DMV to Go representatives do not administer any driving exams.
DMV to Go is available on the third Thursday of every month. For more information, please contact the Office of Community Advocacy at 305-375-5730.
