Government service events in December offered by the Office of Community Advocacy


Miami, FL - The Miami-Dade County Office of Community Advocacy will hold its government service events for residents during the month of December.

Representatives from Senator Marco Rubio’s office will be assisting residents with a variety of federal issues such as U.S. passport applications, housing, transportation, child support, military/veteran affairs, and more.

• Residents can receive assistance in attaining or renewing a driver’s license or identification card, as well as several federal services. Due to limited space, residents interested in obtaining a driver’s license or ID card must make an online appointment. Those with appointments must bring proper documentation as required by the DMV. A list of suitable identification is available at www.gathergoget.com. DMV-to-Go representatives do not administer driving exams.
