(MIAMI, February 18, 2015) – Commissioner Rebeca Sosa and the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory & Economic Resources (RER), Development Services Division, encourage District 6 property owners whose homes abut the Ludlam Trail to attend a design workshop (known as a charrette) to discuss future development of the corridor. This charrette will focus specifically on the part of the corridor that runs through District 6, from NW 7 St. to SW 40 St.

Commissioner Sosa will host the workshop at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, February 28, at West Miami Middle School, 7525 Coral Way. District 6 residents are encouraged to bring their ideas and actively participate in this ongoing community effort to plan the Corridor’s future.

Subsequent public input sessions will be held at A.D. Barnes Park, 3401 SW 72 Ave., March 2 – 4 from 2 – 8 p.m. in the recreation room adjacent to the swimming pool. A follow-up meeting will be scheduled to present the community’s vision to the public.
