If you earned at least $3,000.00 from Social Security and you fill out and return the forms you should receive in the mail in late March, then it's likely you will qualify for a 'rebate'.

Senior who paid no income taxes but earned at least $3,000, including Social Security, railroad retirement and disabled veteran's benefits, will receive a $300 stimulus payment, but they must file a 2007 tax return.

You must have a Social Security number in order to receive the stimulus payment.
