Commissioner Sorenson, representing District 8 since 1994, has been an outspoken advocate for her community and all of Miami-Dade County. Miami-Dade residents now have a new place to whet their palette. Commissioner Katy Sorenson joined officials from the Miami-Dade Park and Recreation Department to host the grand opening of the Mango Café at Fruit & Spice Park.
