Vice Chair Bell cuts ribbon at 100-unit affordable housing complex
(MIAMI-DADE, FL) – Miami-Dade County Commission Vice Chair Lynda Bell participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Circle Creek Apartments at 26100 SW 144th Avenue Road on June 23.
The new rental community consists of 100 fully equipped affordable housing units. Amenities include a club room, exercise room, common area laundry room, library/business center, pool and playground.
“I’m delighted to welcome this beautiful new rental complex into my district. Circle Creek Apartments will enhance the community while helping fill the need for more affordable housing,” Vice Chair Bell said.
Miami-Dade County provided $6,050,000 in surtax funding and $800,000 in HOME funds toward construction of the complex.
