Commissioner McGhee to participate in Christmas Toy Drive for local youth

MIAMI – Miami-Dade County Commissioner Kionne L. McGhee is partnering with Survivors Affected By Violence, The Jack Brown Foundation, Inc., for a Christmas Toy Drive on Monday, Dec. 21 at 4 p.m.

Commissioner McGhee will take 120 youth on a Christmas shopping spree at Walmart, 13600 SW 288th St., Homestead, FL 33033.

Survivor's Affected By Violence, The Jack Brown Foundation was founded by Leatha Sherill-Bush after she lost her child to gun violence, in order to give back to the community and raise awareness about gun violence.
