Commissioner Javier D. Souto took part in the Perez Art Museum (PAMM) grand opening

Miami, FL – On December 4, Commissioner Javier D. Souto joined Mayor Carlos Gimenez, Commission Chairwoman Rebeca Sosa and Commissioners Bruno Barreiro and Audrey M. Edmonson for the grand opening of Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM.) The museum opened its doors in time and on budget at Museum Park in downtown Miami.

The Miami-Dade County Mayor, Commissioner Souto and other Commissioners presented a proclamation to Jorge Pérez, chairman of The Related Group, as a token of appreciation for the great leadership in opening the museum. PAAM, which was built through a partnership with the City of Miami, Miami Dade County and private donors, is a modern and contemporary art museum dedicated to collecting and exhibiting national and international art of the 20th and 21st centuries.
