Ribbon-cutting ceremony to unveil new traffic light at NW 107th Avenue and 17th Street

 


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 
Commissioner Jose "Pepe" Diaz is inviting the public to join him for a ribbon-cutting ceremony of a new traffic signal on NW 107th Avenue and NW 17th Street. This project was the final phase of an initiative Commissioner Diaz spearheaded to provide more safety for pedestrians and motorists in this area.

The ceremony will be held at the southeast corner of NW 107th Avenue and 17th Street on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 10 a.m. For more information, please contact the commissioner's office at 305-599-1200.
